The sleeper hit
Mustard seeds and white pepper. Root vegetables, topinambour, parsnip, potato, pumpkin, carrot, white radish….. For future reference and restaurant translations – topinambour is a Jerusalem artichoke. Who knew? But here it’s the white pepper that deserves a little attention.
