Take three ingredients…orange, fennel and turkey. Roast and toss.
There is something about roasted fennel. Usually served raw with oranges, the flavour that emerges from soft slightly crispy, almost see through slow roasted fennel makes for something a little different. Honey flavoured quinoa with roasted beetroot, goat cheese and gomasio
Feta in this is good but it’s not quite right. A good goat cheese and less of it is better, or perhaps a nice crumbly ricotta. Nonetheless, a good combination.
